Arid Hand creative workshops are the perfect space to explore your unique creativity through clay.

You can feel comforted in knowing that everyone is inately creative. If you're feeling you've been wanting to try something new and not sure where to start, it is simply about taking some time out to experiment with different mediums until you find "the thing" that resonates with you.

In this intimate creative workshop we will be working with terracotta clay. Terracotta is a beautiful clay to work with and is particularly well suited to hand building. I will walk you through each step of creating a terracotta dried flower vessel.

Creating a vessel uses a variety of hand building and decorative techniques so that you will not only be able to create your own unique vessel, but can also use these skills to create other terracotta creations.

Some lovely things to make with terracotta are trinket dishes, dried flower vessels, pots or incense holders...the list goes on and I will be with you every step of the way.
