Each ceramic batch released on my store varies in size, shape and weight.
I calculate a flat shipping rate for each new release of ceramics to ensure postage costs are covered while also absorbing a portion of these costs so you don't have to pay excessive shipping fees on each purchase.
All orders within Australia are currently delivered using Australia Post.
Once your order has been processed a tracking number will be issued.

CHANGE OF MIND
I truly want each ceramic artwork to resonate with my customers and will accept change of mind on purchases within the first 7 days of you receiving your artwork.
Please be aware that you will need to ensure the ceramic artwork is returned safely to me with no damage prior to you receiving the refund.
DAMAGED CERAMICS
I take a lot of care when packaging up your order to ensure it arrives safe and sound.
In the event that you find your ceramic has been damaged please get in touch within 14days of receiving your order and attach photos in an email aridhand@gmail.com
